Hierarchical menu in conjunction with Appsheet

Appsheet makes it easy to create mobile apps using Smartsheet Sheet as a data source. Here I tried the Appsheet Dependent Drop Down Menu.

For a task on the sheet, for example, if you select Oceania as the region, you want the following menu to display Australia and New Zealand as the countries.

First, prepare two sheets in Smartsheet.
A table of region and country combinations from which the hierarchical menu is based.
It is a table to specify the area and country and enter the task.

Next, in AppSheet, select the Smartsheet sheet you created earlier in Start with your own data.
You can select one first and add it later. Smartsheet and AppSheet are linked by granting access rights by creating an AppSheet account with a Smartsheet account.

There are three ways to create AppSheet, but choose to create from existing data.

I'll explain how to use AppSheet in detail on another occasion, but the point is to specify an expression that is limited to the data of the region and country sheets in the Valid If section of the data column.
This means that the Region column is limited to the Region data in another Region sheet.
This means limiting the country column to country data in another Region sheet.

This allows you to create the following dependency hierarchy menu, and the data entered in AppSheet will be linked to Smartsheet.
When I select Oceania, the following menu shows only Australia and New Zealand.

The Task C, Oceania, and Australia values you entered in AppSheet are now linked to Smartsheet.
