Inquiries from a customer
From a customer who is using a certain Smartsheet, the menu of the sample sheet on the Cloudsmart site is displayed in Japanese, but "What kind of method is there to switch to Japanese display?There was an inquiry.
I don't know what kind of environment the menu was in English (probably), but such a situation may occur for foreign-affiliated customers.
Smartsheet regional settings
To change the display language of SmartsheetPersonal settingsSelect a setting from, and then select Japan in the regional settings.

nextRegional setting (Regional Preferences) And select Japan (Japanese) at the bottom.
It's a little tricky at the bottom, and in the case of 1980% display of a standard PC (resolution 1080 X 100), the current situation is that you can not select Japan without scrolling to Japan.
If you set the browser zoom to 90% or less, you will be able to scroll to Japan.
It's a kind of bug, so I'm asking Smartsheet to improve it.
Your personal settings may not be reflected unless you log out and log in again, so log out.
Then log back in
