Smartsheet is a great, safe and easy-to-use platform used by major US companies and governments, but unfortunately it's not widespread in Japan.
I remember when I introduced Smartsheet at the company I was working for before, I asked various questions about whether there is a User Group in charge of Smartsheet and what is the support for Japanese.
Although it has been translated into Japanese considerably, Youtube videos only have Japanese telops added to the explanations in basic English, and it can be said that many packages are translated for the United States.
